We store account details, job metadata and generated transcripts. Payment data is handled by Stripe.

Data is used to process transcriptions, track credits, provide exports and improve service reliability.

Free jobs are retained for 7 days and premium jobs for 90 days according to product rules. Billing records may be retained longer for legal compliance.

Authentication cookies are used to keep sessions active. They are required to access the dashboard and protected routes.

This policy may evolve. For major changes, the update date is revised and users are notified through product channels.
