You are responsible for account security and API key handling. Activity performed through your account is considered authorized.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are deducted only for successful jobs. Expiration rules follow what is displayed on the pricing page.

You are responsible for submitted content. You must respect video usage rights and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We may limit or suspend access in case of abuse, fraud or usage that violates these terms.

The service is provided as-is. TranscriptGo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect damages.
